Do the sisters look alike?

Here are some pictures of both Emily and Megan that will help compare them. Do you think they look alike? At first, I thought there was definitely a resemblence, but the older Emily gets, the more I think she looks like Megan. We look at Megan's old pictures, and we are like, that is so Emily! We think they both look like their dad!

Update on our Girls

I am so far behind on posts. Here is a little update!

Emily just turned 2 months a couple of days ago. I can't believe it has been 2 months already!
She was 10.4 pounds (25%) and 22 inches (50th%) at her 2 month appt. She is looking so much like Megan. She is full of smiles these days. Her eyes just light up as she smiles. It is so cute! She is sleeping pretty well at night and going about 6-6 1/2 in between feedings. (I would like for her to be going longer at this point, but you take what you can get!). I am going to start working on stretching her out longer as she seems to be in a rut at waking up between 5-5:30 every morning. We need to push past that! She has really turned into a content little baby (Tim and I both thought she was more fussy than Megan, but she seems to be less fussy these days!) I must say though, she got her shots today, and she cried harder and longer than Megan ever has for all of her shots combined. Emily was so upset after her shots, and I am trying so hard to get her to calm down in the room that we were in. Finally after 5-10 minutes, I decide I better just leave b/c I am sure they need to use the room. So I go to schedule her next appt. with her still screaming. As I walked passed people, they would say, wow, she is really upset. I would reply, yeah, shots. (I mean what can you do when your baby won't stop screaming??) Since her shots, if she is not sleeping or nursing, she is fussing. This may be a long night...glad shots don't happen very often!

Megan is 2 years old and 4 months. Wow, I could say so much about her. She just loves life, is always on the go, talks up a storm, and keeps us busy! The biggest news though this year for her is that she is potty trained (not at night time yet though)! She started to seem to start getting the hang of it at the end of December. During the month of January she was doing pretty good although I was having to take her every so often and she would not tell me. She stayed dry pretty well though. She would not go poops in the in the potty chair. Last month, she started telling me when she needed to go and finally started using the potty chair for poops! Now, she is going on her own, not telling us she is going, and washing her hands on her own. She thinks she is such a big girl!! I am definitely not going to be writing any books on how to potty train your child in 3 days/1 week/whatever, but we got there! She also got her first hair cute last month. Her hair was getting so scraggly in the back. She sat very still through it (Why she can't sit that was in church?). Her hair does look better after her hair cute! She loves her little sister and has adjusted pretty well to her. Today, I heard her making kissing noises, and she was over by her sister giving her kisses and playing with her...so cute!

We are loving our two little girls.
