She is learning some words. She has been saying mama for a long time, but in the last month, she has started saying dada. It is so cute. Tim sleeps during the day as he works nights. Well, the other day, I went into the room to do something with her really quickly and then left. Once we left, Megan stands up at the door saying dada dada. It was just so cute! She also has started saying nana which my mother loves!!! She loves her nana so much that when Nana leaves the room she sometimes cries. I have been trying to teach her eyes, nose, mouth, etc. The other day, I had bought her a baby doll at the Dollar Tree. When I put her in the van, she pointed to the baby's eyes, and said "eye". She also says hi as she holds up whatever she has in her hand pretending it is a phone. Sometimes she just holds her hand up to her ear and says hi. She also has learned to bark like a dog....it is so funny.
She knows how to sign for please as well. Today she went into the kitchen at Nana's house and found a package of Ramen Noodle soup. She start signing please! Whenever she wants some that sign comes!
She is still crawling as her form of movement as well as walking around everything that she can pull up herself on. She has taken one step a couple of times but has fallen down after that one step!
She has been sick this last month with a double ear infection, but she is over that. I am so thankful that she is getting back to her normal routine of sleep as well as her normal happy self! She is a very happy girl usually and is ALWAYS on the MOVE!

the thing is she is not around any dogs ever....so who taught her the barking sound? She is adorable and possibly the next einstein.

Megan is truly a motion machine! She's constantly moving and her Nana thinks she is so very smart! Her smile is so sweet, and she is a very much loved little girl!

Megan is very active and finds things of her interest. She loves the outdoors. I am so glad that she is much healthier now and much happier.

Meggers, I miss you! You have grown up so much since we've come back to Cameroon. You bring so much joy to so many people.
Kayla and Krista still talk of you often. We watched videos of the girls when they were younger and every time Krista was in them as a baby, she said excitedly, "Megan!"
I can't wait to show these pictures to the girls tomorrow -- hope the internet will be up!
